Waste management equipment refers to the tools involved in the management of waste from its inception to its final disposal. Factories generate a lot of waste daily, from cut offs of products to waste generated by staff. Many are implementing recycling strategies, to lower their carbon footprint and send as little waste to landfill as possible. The equipment used for this include bins, often labelled and colour coded to allow for easy identification as to which piece of waste goes where. These are often emptied into larger bins located outside the factory. Lorries then come to the plant and collect the waste, taking it to the relevant recycling plant.
