Other Transportation involves transport that differs from the norm. The 'norm' being vehicles such as aeroplanes, cars, trains, motorcycles and so on. An example of other transportation includes vehicles such as emergency vehicles. Emergency Vehicles are any vehicle that is designed and authorised to respond to an emergency in a life-threatening situation. These vehicles are usually operated by designated agencies, often part of the government, but also run by charities, non-governmental organisations and some commercial companies. Emergency vehicles are vehicles such as ambulances, police cars, fire engines, police motorcycles and doctors cars as well as coast guards, the RNLI and helicopter services.

Special Transportation Trailers are often used to carry items that will not fit in a regular vehicle. A trailer is an unpowered vehicle that is towed by a powered vehicle. Trailers vary in size and can be anything from small trailers to attach to cars to large trailers for lorries. Some trailers are specially geared up to carry specific items, whether that be military goods and vehicles or essential supplies for unwell individuals.
