Key responsibilities

Malvern Instruments is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Global Innovation Products Group as Senior Scientist. Reporting to the Head of Innovation Products, this role will support our global commercial efforts in establishing awareness and promotion of Malvern Instruments’ family of Innovation Products in cooperation with our global Sales and Distribution Network.

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced work environment, works well both within a team and individually, communicates well, and has an eagerness to be part of a dynamic group of focused and innovative individuals. The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in an imaging/spectroscopy related field with 5+ years of hands-on application and use of analytical instrumentation (i.e., spectroscopy, microscopy, image analysis, particle characterization) in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, nanomaterials and allied industries.  Located in Malvern Instruments’ Northampton, MA facility, approximately 35% domestic and international travel will be required.
