Airport Ramp Operations
ELS supports airport ramp operations at many of the busiest airports in the U.S. Our core business is airport equipment operation and maintenance. Our philosophy of putting customers first has resulted in near perfect customer satisfaction ratings, which are measured by an independent third party, as well as numerous long running contracts.
We are responsible for more than 50 miles of BHS conveyor, 520 PBB's and over 12,500 of pieces of GSE at nearly 60 airports. We have experience with all major baggage handling system manufacturers and know how to keep the equipment up and running.

Explosive Detection System Maintenance
To complement our ISO rating, ELS added the SAFETY Act (Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies) Certification. The Homeland Security Act of 2002, that included the SAFETY Act, was passed by Congress to encourage the development and deployment of anti-terrorism technologies that protect the nation.
We were the first BHS maintenance company to achieve this certification from the Department of Homeland Security. This certification confirms our In-Line Explosive Detection System (EDS) maintenance expertise, allowing baggage conveyors to operate at peak performance levels. This endorsement recognizes our ability and experience, while providing liability and risk mitigation.
