Self Service Kiosks (ARINC SelfServ)

Common Use Self Service kiosks: Engineering passenger flow – ARINC SelfServTM

Airport passenger congestion solutions are more critical than ever. With security, passenger volume and airport waiting times at all-time highs, we understand the need for more efficient passenger check-in alternatives.

We know common-use systems, having established an industry-leading reputation with our multi-user system environment (MUSE®) applications. We've installed common-use self service (CUSS) kiosks in airports worldwide—helping speed up the check-in process, significantly reduce lines, enable airline cost-sharing, save floor space and improve the entire customer experience.

Rockwell Collins' common-use self service kiosk coupled with the ARINC SelfServTM CUSS platform align with IATAs Fast travel programme to meet the changing needs of how today's passengers travel. Over 80% of check-ins are now performed away from traditional check-in counters.

The SelfServ platform is easily integrated with auxiliary devices such as passport readers, smart card readers, security cameras and biometric systems. Passengers can even process their baggage—passengers can save more time with the ability to self tag their baggage, printing out bag tags as part of a seamless bag drop.

Rockwell Collins' ensure passengers are kept moving and airline operations flowing with our ARINC SelfServ common-use kiosks —providing a new way to keep both passengers and airlines moving.
